STOP! Look no further! Julie is hands down the best realtor in the area. When we found a home that we fell in love with, she was our advocate from the get go. The home was a FSBO, and she organized everything beautifully for us and was the middle man with the sellers. Julie was always quick to respond, even with my anxious thoughts that were over the top at times. Not only did we end up in our dream home, but Julie sold our old home quickly as well! She knew when something being asked by the buyers was too much or not an appropriate ask and wasn’t afraid to speak up for us.
